The Champagne Experience is the London Eye's flagship premium ticket. You'll bypass the standard queues with priority boarding and step straight into your capsule, where a glass of chilled Pommery Brut Royal awaits.
Time your booking for sunset and you'll watch London turn gold beneath you — Westminster, the Shard, St Paul's and the Thames bending out toward Canary Wharf — with a glass in hand.
It's a quietly perfect choice for anniversaries, proposals, birthdays, or simply marking a London trip with something memorable. More than 5,000 marriage proposals have happened on board the Eye since it opened — a fair few of them with a Pommery flute in hand.
The Champagne Experience traces its roots to September 2000, when the Eye launched its corporate events programme with a champagne gala attended by the then Prime Minister Tony Blair. It's been the wheel's signature premium ride ever since.

Sunset slots fill first. The 60-minute window before sunset is the most-requested time of day — book at least 1–2 weeks ahead in summer.
