London Eye Tickets

A 30-minute glass-capsule rotation 135 metres above the Thames — the simplest, fastest way to experience London from above.

What's included

One rotation, every London landmark.

The standard London Eye ticket is the most popular way to ride. You'll board one of 32 enclosed glass capsules at the South Bank, and complete a slow, full rotation over roughly 30 minutes — giving you uninterrupted 360° views across the capital.

On a clear day, the panorama stretches up to 40 kilometres. You'll see Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament directly below, St Paul's Cathedral and the Shard to the east, and Windsor Castle on the western horizon.

Tickets are timed: choose a slot when booking and arrive 15 minutes early. Capsules are wheelchair accessible and air-conditioned year-round.

Tips

Get the most out of your visit.

Time it right. Weekday mornings are the quietest. For photography, book a slot 30–45 minutes before sunset and ride into the golden hour.

Skip the queue. Buying online in advance is the only way to guarantee your time slot — and during summer, weekends frequently sell out.

Combine your day. The London Eye sits beside the SEA LIFE Aquarium and London Dungeon, with the Southbank Centre and a 10-minute walk to Westminster Abbey across the bridge.
